This 2 day training is designed specifically for marketing professionals and teaches not only the art of developing marketing strategy (positioning and value proposition), but also the process of implementing your value proposition through effective integrated marketing communication programs.
Seminar 3: Strategic Creativity
This seminar explores the use of creative thinking skills in crafting strategy and is all about considering strategic alternatives you have never considered or tried before. A willingness to step outside your comfort zone (but not your competence zone) is a prerequisite for this program.
